Dr Ammaarah Ebrahim graduated from the University of Johannesburg with a Masters of Health Sciences in Chiropractic. During her time at the university she completed a research dissertation titled “The prevalence of lower back pain in patients diagnosed with diabetes mellitus (Type I and Type II) in the South African population”.

Dr Ebrahim studied for six years and during that time attended many national and international chiropractic and medical conferences. Her network of chiropractors and healthcare professionals spans continents. Dr Ebrahim has dedicated herself to the pursuit of knowledge in order to provide the best and most current evidence based treatment options for her patients.

During her spare time Dr Ebrahim enjoys regular Pilates sessions, the occasional hike, a friendly padel match and watching motorsport races. She is an avid Formula 1 fan and always strives to provide the classiest commentary.

Dr Ebrahim also enjoys academic literature and has published editorials in the Asia Pacific Chiropractic Journal.
